Our Mission
HarmoniEats Initiative is a student-founded nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering individuals with food allergies and autoimmune diseases, such as Celiac Disease. We promote awareness, advocate for inclusivity, and provide accessible resources to help individuals, schools, and communities create safer, allergy-friendly environments.
Our Story
Why We Started
Founded in 2025 by Miron Manescu, HarmoniEats was born from a personal journey navigating the challenges of living with Celiac Disease. Recognizing a lack of accessible, reliable educational tools for students, families, and businesses, Miron created HarmoniEats to bridge that gap and build a more inclusive food culture — starting with awareness and information.
